This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
Return Policy:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage.Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@nathalias.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once you receive your RMA number, please securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, the warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
