Nathalias Jewelry charges a flat rate delivery fee depending on the shipping services, which comprises insurance for the package's wholesale value.

When a purchase is dispatched, you will be notified via email. You can check the tracking number in your account.

Delivery fees are as follows:

Domestic Shipping:

USPS 1st Class: FREE

USPS Priority: FREE

UPS 2nd Day: $14 (Upon request through email) 

UPS Overnight: $26 (Upon request through email)


International Shipping:

USPS International 1st Class: FREE

USPS Priority International: $25 (For items over $200)

USPS Priority Mail Express International: $60 (Upon request through email)

If you desire to return your product for any reason, we will refund, replace, or change any product(s) within 15 days of the delivery date.

To return a product:

  • Provide a copy of your invoice with the product(s) you are returning. 
  • We recommend that you insure the shipment for the full value of the products you are returning plus shipping fees. Nathalias Jewelry is not liable for products lost or damaged due to shipping.
  • If the price of the product you are returning is shown on your original invoice as:
    • < $500, 
      You can send your return package using any carrier.
    • > $500, 
      Send your package through US Postal Service Registered Mail (FedEx® and UPS® do not insure packages > $500).


Keep your return receipt to confirm that your package has arrived at Nathalias Jewelry. The customer must prepay all return shipping costs.

Please capture a picture of the returned products' postal box with the postal tracking number and email it to “contact@nathalias.com" as proof of return.

  • Loose diamonds have a three-day return policy from the date they are delivered.
  • All returned products must be unworn and undamaged in their original packaging, together with any relevant certifications. The item should have no scratches or markings and no signs of use; it should not have been changed in any manner. Items returned that have been worn, damaged, or changed will not be refunded. The original delivery costs cannot be refunded.
  • We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • To receive a full refund, all ORIGINAL diamond certifications (where applicable) and a copy of the original invoice must be provided with the shipment. Without exception, every package that lacks the original certificate(s) will be billed $200.00 per original certificate.
  • Nathalias Jewelry is not liable for any missing packages or returns that are not submitted in agreement with these standards.
  • Credit card payments will be refunded in the same manner. Bank wire payments will be refunded by business check. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after receiving a return.
  • Special orders, such as custom mountings or jewelry pieces requested but not clearly displayed on our website, cannot be canceled and refunded.
  • We endeavored to recreate the appearance of our jewelry on our website as closely as possible to reality. Keep in mind that product colors and details may appear differently on various computer displays.
